Responsible for the ARUPS end station on the SGM III beamline at the synchrotron radiation facility ASTRID: external users support, chamber's maintenance and upgrade for the new beamline on ASTRID 2, analysis' software upgrade in IgorPRO. I wrote a user manual for the beamline and the end-station.

I learned how to prepare the experimental set up and the sample in order to perform Angle Resolved Ultraviolet Photoelectron Spectroscopy experiments. I learned first skills in image treatment and analysis in IGOR Pro and simulation procedures of the spectral function.

I learned the technique of X-ray photoelectron diffraction (XPD), performed measurements with conventional and synchrotron light source, sample's chemical cleaning in UHV and skills in XPS spectrum analysis and XPD pattern simulations.
